The Economic Development Committee assists Town of Legal Council and administration in supporting, enhancing, and promoting business and economic activity within the Town of Legal. The Committee’s role is to plan and undertake economic development initiatives, to advise and support Town of Legal Council and administration on matters relating to the local economy and business community, and to act as a liaison between Council and the business community.
The purpose of the Economic Development Committee is to provide feedback, recommendations, and vision to Council to address priority Economic Development issues and opportunities in the Town of Legal business community while maintaining focus on the five foundations for success from the Town of Legal Strategic Plan.
