TRIP #3 On Wednesday, August 14th we will head out on a adventure to the Edmonton Valley Zoo! Where we will tour the grounds, visit with animal friends and have our lunch on the zoo grounds.

Adult Waivers and Forms
Yin yoga is a meditative, slow and gentle style of yoga, practiced mainly on the mat, where deep stretches are held for longer periods to challenge the mind to surrender and allow the body to open and release tension. It focuses on the body's connective tissues; ligaments, tendons, and fascia . The practice works with our energy body, clearing blockages and increasing the flow of prana (energy), improving health and promoting a general sense of wellbeing. Come away feeling relaxed and restored. Yoga mat, water bottle and comfortable attire required.

Adult Waivers and Forms
This is a weekly garbage service provided to everyone in Legal.
- Solid waste must be bagged and placed in the provided Waste Roll Cart(s) for pick up.
- Solid waste must be at the curb by 7:00 a.m. on Thursdays or there is a risk that your solid waste will not be collected.
- All solid waste must fit inside the provided Waste Roll Cart - overflow will not be collected.
- The lid of the provided Waste Roll Cart must fully close to be accepted for collection.
- Allow 1m space on all sides of the Waste Roll Cart and wheels are to be placed in the curb.
- Yard waste is not collected as solid waste. Grass clippings, branches, leaves and other compostable material must be brought to the Town Compost Site located at the Town Shop (5310 – 48 Avenue).
Pickleball is an amazingly fun game for all athletic abilities. It has simple rules and is easy to learn and play. Even if you've never played a racket sport, you will be playing and having a blast before you know it.

Blue Bag Recycling is offered to the residents of Legal on a weekly basis (unless rescheduled for statutory holidays).
- Place approved recyclable items in blue bags at the curb by 7:00 a.m. for pick-up.
- All cardboard must be collapsed/flattened and cut down to 36"x36" (3'x3') to accommodate the trucks disposal system.
- All plastics and tin MUST be clean and free of contaminants.
- Keep all shredded paper in a separate blue bag.
