The Town of Legal now has a policy to reimburse library fees for Town of Legal residents.
WECAN is a non for profit organization that believes everyone has the right to purchase fresh fruit and vegetables an freshly frozen meat at an affordable price.
The food is supplies by the Grocery People Warehouse and is purchased in bulk so that the savings can be passed on to you!
Orders are placed at the beginning of the month and as the month goes on and our money is gone...rest assured you pre-ordered groceries from WECAN will be coming to you on the 3rd week of the month!

What will I get for my $25.00?
You will receive three types of fruit, 3 types of vegetables and 3 types of frozen meat.
Can I buy more than one order?
Yes, you can purchase more than 1 order! Additional meat can be purchased for $15.00 or additional produce for $10.00, or both for an extra $25.00.
How do I order?
Payment is due on the 1st Friday of each month and you get our food on the 3rd Thursday of each month. Payment is made at the Town Office (5021 50 Street, Legal).
Types of payment?
Cash payments are only accepted.
Where do I pick up my order?
Your order will be delivered to the Centralta Community Office (5109 46 Street, Legal).
Do I have to order every month?
No, you don't have to place an order every month.

For generations, Block Parties have served as a fun and easy way to get to know your neighbors. Organizing a Block Party will foster friendships and promote safe and caring neighborhoods. Family & Community Support Services will assist residents with this fun and exciting venture by offering a “Block Party Kit” to help with the planning of your Block Party.
Gather a couple of neighbors, pick a date, follow the instructions in the "HOW TO" guide and invite everyone to join in!

Community Kitchens in a group of people who come together to cook 4 healthy meals for their families.
Day 1: participants will plan the meals an make a grocery list according to the budget.
